I purchased a home in Surprise AZ last year 2017. I called Autumn air to service my rooftop HVAC. I was told I needed a new capacitor and a couple of other parts. I found out afterwords I was overcharged. More than twice the real cost of the parts. They said I also needed a compressor coil wash. They asked to borrow my hose. While one guy was working on my roof the other came into the house to talk to me and get payment. I signed up for a one year service agreement. After they left I noticed the hose was dry! They charged me for cleaning the coil and didn't do the work! I had them come out 5/2018 to service my HVAC again. I still had a service agreement so it was no charge. This time everything looked good. I saw him wash the coil this time. A few days later I kept hearing a rattle when the AC came on. Today I went up on the roof to check out the rattle. A big cover about 3' X 3' was not attached on the bottom edge. The installer put 2 screws in the top edge but didn't secure the bottom. For over a month my HVAC was drawing in hot air from outside instead of from my cold air return/filter in my house. It was sucking in hot dirty air from outside! It only took a couple of minutes to fix but the service tech should of seen the cover wasn't attached. It was swinging away from the HVAC 2" on the bottom. There was also a 1/2" wide 12" long crack in the caulking on the duct work. Again the tech should of seen it and fixed it. Stay away from this company!
