Siam Thai's food is very flavorful but the cook was too heavy handed with the spice level. We asked for 1 on their scale of 5; we got a 3. (I can eat it but my sister could not finish her share.) Reading other reviews it appears the cook is not consistent with the spice. No one wants something they've paid for to be so hot it's inedible. Other Thai restaurants do a better job of cooking to their scale. I thought the prices were fair and our take out order came quickly. The owner seems like a nice lady. She expressed her concern that they are not as busy as they thought they would be so I wish her luck. My sister & I won't be back; not a good match for our desired style of Thai.
