  • Katy the "manager" sat there and charged me extra for Carmel drizzle on the cup.... and charged us extra for pumps of raspberry.... I'm a regular Starbucks customer and I have NEVER EVER gotten charged this and I order the same thing daily! Supper rude and unnecessary charges she pulled out of no where!
