  • OMG!! The pharmacy lady is so rude. I went to drop of t son prescription for one we had a new insurance so I wasn't sure of my copays. So I made the mistake of asking her if she happen to know what my copay was. Her response " Same as all the other times you have filled it" what the heck It's new ins of course it's not the same. Then she try to have me come the next day to pick up, when I asked if I could pick up same day she rolled her eyes and said well you need to come back at 8:30pm. Seriously if someone doesn't like dealing with people then find a job that doesn't require proper customer service skills. Erin I believe is her name.
