  • Twice I have left Lenny's completely pissed. The service is terrible. No one cared either time that I was in the store. They waited 30 minutes until I paid for my call in to go order to even start making it. When I asked for a manager I was told to come back in 5 days when he got back. Unbelievably unprofessional. The chain down the road can make a comparable product in 30 seconds. If you want to wait all day and be treated like crap for a so so sandwich go for it.
