One star is super generous here. I call and am left on hold for 15+ minutes before I am given the opportunity to leave a message. I was due for a new CPAP cushion December 5th and it is now 60 days later and still no cushion! I left 10+ messages and I finally got a call back on January 15th. I was assured my stuff would be in the mail and that it would be delivered in a few business days. February 1st I call again and was placed on an eternal hold. I finally got in touch with someone today who indicated to me that the reason I nave not received my order is that it was "not in stock". If that were truly the case, shouldn't someone have called me to let me know not to expect it?
This place is supposed to be a medical supply distributor..... there is no way to automatically fill an order. The office hours are 8:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday which gives no opportunity to anyone who has a full time day job to get in touch with them. I have wasted several of my lunch breaks on hold only to get no answers in return from anyone.
One day I had an appointment with a Respiratory care therapist for a cpap fitting. I arrived 15 minutes early and stood in line at reception to check in. I stood in line for almost a half hour and finally I called the RT on my cell phone to let her know I was there as the line wasn't moving. Instead, the receptionist was having a casual conversation with an older couple about their winter travel plans and then proceeded to talk about the benefits of starting to save early for your 401k.
They are so annoying, I don't want to deal with them anymore.
