  • The skin treatments I had were not effective. Plus, the staff person kept saying how great the outcome was and was going to prove this to me with follow up visits and photos which she promised over and over again. Guess what - the follow up never happened despite my reminders. When I did see the doctor, she didn't know how to work the equipment and clearly did not care about me at all. Maybe the hair salon and other services are good but the laser services get a double thumbs down from me.
