I've been looking for a good mechanic for awhile and had my hopes up after hearing good things about this place but my experience turned out differently. They opened earlier than posted, were somewhat uniquely awkward yet friendly and gave me a ride home after dropping my car off however; the car remained in the shop for three days for a simple brake job. They took off half an hour cost of labor since the repair took longer than originally quoted (three times they pushed the time frame back), and I ended up having to return the car again after discovering the issues with the brakes had worsened from the repair. After another day without the car and still no progress, I asked for the cost of labor to be refunded so I can have it repaired elsewhere to which the owner, red eyed and shaking with anxiety, accused me of trying to scam the shop. After a useless debate I ultimately decided to bite the bullet and depart empty handed with sub par service and an even more so defective vehicle. I understand some car issues are difficult to diagnose and take time however in this case it seems this shop is just poorly understaffed and unskilled. I heard more positive testimonies from others and may give them a second chance in the future but for now my hunt for a quality mechanic continues...
