  • Worst airline I've ever had the displeasure of flying. Multiple delays, itinerary changes, a nine hour layover, they changed our gates twice without notifying us or making any type of announcement so we could have missed flights due to our tickets being wrong. Seats are uncomfortable, flight crew showed up 45 minutes after we had already boarded. By the time you pay for the flight, each seat on the plane, plus baggage, plus carry on... That "cheap" ticket price has so many hidden fees that it is almost as much as a regular airline... They just fail to notify you that you will be receiving a 300% increase in headaches. Worst customer service. Never again!
