  • The Capital Grille Scottsdale is definitely one of the better restaurants in the Valley. The meal was excellent. I enjoyed lobster bisque and scallops served over risotto; the rolls were hot and delicious. The service was excellent. The staff is very attentive. The main course and the dessert presentations were artfully done. Minor point: If the espresso had been served in an espresso cup, it would have been hotter (more to my liking).
