  • I enjoyed going here for about three years until recently. I became pregnant and my first initial visit was okay. My 8 week appointment was very frustrating. Starting with the ultrasound tech. She was extremely rude. Not inviting at all. I had my mother in law and sisters with me and I asked them to just take a picture of the ultrasound for my mom who is not in town. She immediately jumped down our throats saying we can't videotape. I told her multiple times they were just taking a photo and she asked them to put their phones away. I then went to the lab area to get my blood drawn again and let the lady know I was here to get it done and she was very cold as well. I went to the bathroom while waiting and came out and told her there was no soap left in that bathroom. She said okay and continued to text on her phone instead of changing the soap or getting someone to so I could wash my hands. I am not thrilled with the staff here today and it has put a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning and my prenatal care will be moved to a different office.
