  • Had a 4 pm appointment, called to let them know I was running late but will be there soon. Lady on the phone said it was fine. Walked in, no one acknowledged us at all. Stood there for a good 5 mins with my friend looking at nail polishes waiting patiently since no one wanted to greet us. Then a lady walked in behind us and one of the workers greeted her but not us. We just walked out. So surprised they have good reviews. Also, if you plan on going to get manicure with a friend their tables are not side by side. Their separated so you can't really talk with your friend. If you want good service and good colors go to Tips and Toes in Tempe.
