  • Who is Reid? Reid is a very nice Apple Store manager whom is very personable. While he could not help me with my extremely long ridiculous wait...(2 hrslong).....he was able to talk to me and calm me down while I anxiously endured the uncomfortable wait time. Even though Apple was not able to fix the issue I had with one of my business phones, Reid purchased me a case to better protect the new purchase once it arrives from my mobile carrier. Truly a gem and great role model for Apple employees in his region. Trust me when I say I gave him hell......he must've brought a little bit of sunshine from Calfornia because he surely brightened my experience.
