  • JOHN C. w/Spectrum makes 5-stars look easy. His attention to all the important details is what I noticed & appreciated in his work. He focuses and concentrates on what is or could be a major issue but doesn't miss any of the small stuff either. He is a good listener and patient when he is being bombarded with questions from over the shoulder hanger-ons or stand-byers who just watch and watch him pluck away at his task (agents, owners, buyers , one of those being me :) He knows materials, he knows codes, he knows defects, he knows superior workmanship vs shoddy workmanship. He is informative and skilled in every aspect of the process. I was super impressed to see him keep his composure with a very difficult owner during a real estate inspection. John diffused the situation by taking the time to explain recommendations/options and give assurance a repair was not impossible. Whew he saved the day. I have never used Spectrum but I will definitely call for John C. He is keeping the standard high. Happy Inspecting :)
