  • Used this company for roughly 7 months. Team was lacking in thoroughness and professionalism. Like another reviewer said, it didn't seem like the house was being cleaned. We would come home to dust bunnies under the crib, hair on the bathroom floor, area rugs not vacuumed and mold left on the bathtub mat (that is easily scrubbed away). Addressed with team directly. Response was "sometimes we miss things." The next time, we emailed pictures to management. Eventually spoke to someone on the phone. Response was "the team must have had an off day." Happened to be home one day during a cleaning and they completely missed a bedroom. Had to specifically remind them to clean it. Would not recommend. A disappointment.
