  • The job of a hostess is to give a guest a welcoming experience which sets the precedent for the rest of the night. Asked the hostess if our table was ready since we were a bit early - she brushed us off with a 'your table will be ready at the time of your reservation' rolling her eyes at us. When I asked if we can get seated a bit early: 'there's a waiting list' and rolled our eyes at us again. Rude hostess that caused me to cancel my reso and go across the street to Little Anthony's. Work on your hiring choices Libretto. Won't be back.
