  • My package arrived damaged, (stuff from my parent's home after they both passed away so it was important items) . I purchased the pack, ship, and insure option in Sept 2011. Here we are in February 2012 - 5 phone calls, multiple emails and still no refund. The owner, keeps assuring me that the check is coming. Never again use this store. There is a nicer one on Arizona Ave or up the street on Alma School Road.
