  • We used Scott;s service years ago and he was fantastic!! Recently my husband went out of state for work and we hired him back. Initially I was very pleased, he came out right away and started servicing immediately. Unfortunately, the staff he has working for him does not cut it. I regularly had to brush the pool after his staff was here. Algae began growing in the spa so his staff used some type of chemical that discolored the concrete in the spa. After numerous calls where no responsibility was taken and excuses were made, we had no choice but to cancel their service. Eventually we were able to get them to come out to do an acid wash at "discount" price even though they caused the damage. His staff came out and "attempted" to do the acid wash and we were told the stains were too deep there was nothing they could do. Three days later we paid another company to come out and it now looks better then it did originally. What kind of business owner doesn't try to make the customer happy? I was very displeased with this service the second time around.
