You get a five hour window of arrival. I was very specific in what I wanted done, technician did nothing. Took my 59.00 and told me to call the gas company. Gas company needed information from Penquin Air's evaluation that I asked them to do but they didn't. Called them 3 times to get the tech to call me back with the info, did not call back. Finally getting a supervisor who wanted to come out himself- I ask why-because the tech didn't do the job in the first place? They called back and are refunding my service call charges- I don't care about the money I just want the work done! Avoid this clueless company!
