  • Stopped in the other day for a midday coffee. It was very busy. One of our drinks was prepared with cow's milk instead of the almond milk requested. They remade the drink, but one of the barristas was overheard saying, 'I know she didn't say almond milk'. (Actually, yes, she did.) Rude. The coffee is Equal Exchange brand, which isn't a favorite, but it's ok. The ordering line and path to add your add-ins is very narrow and crowded, and my coffee was almost knocked out of my hand by someone else making their way through. I wouldn't go out of my way to stop here again unless in dire need of caffeine.
