  • Despite all the negative reviews on Yelp here, we have been very happy with Courtesy Chrysler. The sales experience for our Caravan 4 years ago was good, and we ended up getting a great deal too. However the service department is excellent! I've had so many poor experiences from American brand dealership's service departments, but this place has been great. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, always explain the service clearly and do good quality work. We have taken our van here exclusively for service since we bought it, and will continue to do so.
