  • Precious time So I shopped multiple shops in Vegas looking for the right spot to purchase a new set of kicks for my S5 including Lavish Motors, KAO, and Swat Motorsports, and this is where I ended up. Located on the corner of Ranch and Craig, this honestly would have been the very last place I'd come to. Usually smaller shops like these lack in customer service and try to charge up the wahoo for being a middle man to purchase. Parking is a bit tight due to a gas station and other smaller businesses sharing the tiny plaza. But not bad. Inside is as simple as you can get it. A wall of rims as you enter, screen on the oposite side for viewing while you wait, and the money collecting counter, I mean register lol. Couches are privided if you have to sit and wait for any services to get done. Services they provide include tinting, vehicle wraps, wheels and rims, and many more for your vehicle customization needs. Now the important part, the staff. Everyone knows I'm all about customer service when I do my reviews. This is what, among other things, that brought me to R.B.O. I was greeted by Taylor as soon as I came in. Voiced my needs and told him what my interest for my vehicle was. He did a couple of searches and verificstions, quoted me and I was off to continue my search. Just to note, I was originally set to go with another shop but they failed to follow up with me. Keeping in contact Taylor, I was able to find out what I'd have to do to transfer my account to work with him. Fast forward ahead, I ended up ordering through him with no Hassel at all. So why only 4 stars Fancy pants? Well, let's just say I'm big on promises. The wheels showed up 6 days after the promised date. Ordered on the 19th and finally arrived and installed on the 31st. Granted there was shipping problems. But me coming out of the marketing and sales industry, id follow up with the vendore to make sure things are pushed and compensate my customer for delayed time. On top of that, alignment was not included in the wheel purchase which I should have asked, but I know for every wheel purchase I've had, 4 in total, will include the alignment due to warranty issues. I did ask them about alignment and was recommended to another shop, but I've already finalized my purchase with them and felt I shouldn't ask for favors to include it. This is my first wheel/tire combo purchase, so live and learn. So overall, I'll be going back to them. Wheels were fully mounted and installed quick. I have some plans for the vehicle that I'd like to do on my own to surprise the ACLV crew, and I'd like to keep it within the same shop to do it. Know what you want to do, do your research on your purchases, and if you have questions and price comparisons, let Taylor or Orland know. They're there to help, and actually appreciate their work. They have the vehicles to prove it. Good job Taylor and Orlando. Thank you for the hospitality and great customer service. Definitely a rarity for motorsports shops in Vegas.
