  • You would never think that the Circus Circus would have one of the BEST steakhouses in Vegas, but this one is a must try! I've been here three times and the steaks are the best! The steaks are grilled on an open flames and charbroiled. They are cooked to perfection as well. The sides are your basic sides, nothing to rave about, they are still tasty. This steakhouse is a must! AND... Grab a matchbook on the way out! They matches are quality! Come for happy hour before dinner 4-6! You can get a large glass of Grey Goose for $5.00.
