  • Their food service set up has changed. Use to be able to order at the counter and they call your number. Now you have to get a menu at the main bar, order from the bar and pay, and then try and sit down somewhere that they'll see your number. I sat with friends tonight and watched as one of their orders sat for over 10 minutes on the bar as several servers wandered by. The kicker was the super grumpy looking woman bringing food out eating a fry off my friends plate and then denying it. I'm sorry. That's beyond gross. Who knows where her hands have been and when they were washed? Crappy food and service aside, had a couple good payouts from the slots and headed home. Will go back but will make sure to eat elsewhere beforehand. Cause the changes to the food service are brutal.
