  • Drove 40 miles round trip just to try this place. Read about it in the Pittsburgh magazine and was excited to give it a try. So tired of Americanized Chinese food and anxious to have more authentic/traditional style Chinese food. Very disappointing and the worst Chinese we have ever tasted... and we have lived in other states and overseas for years and have had excellent to very poor Chinese food. Chengdu Gourmet is by far the worst we have ever had! VERY VERY SALTY. Ordered three different dishes and could only eat a couple of bites.
