| - We have been going to Legacy Urgent Care for quite a few years and for the most part they have been o.k., until this past year. The Nurse, Sara is rude and sympathetic when calling back. Dr. Schlaak is not good about diagnosing as he mis-diagonsed my husband stating that he needed blood pressure medication as his blood pressure was high. Instead all my husband needed to do was lose 50 pounds, which he did and has not been on the medication since a month after the "Doctors" diagnosis. And for me, my hurt my back by lifting and when I saw Dr. Schlaak, he treated me, but then had the nerve to send it my insurance as a Auto injury, which it was not and subsequently I had to fight with my insurance regarding payment. To top it all off, I called in to get a refill of the medication for my back (as it stated that I had 1 refill for each medication, but expired a month and half ago), Dr. Schlaak denied it! Which brings me back to how VERY rude Sara was when calling back with the news. You can rest asure, that this family will not be going back to this Urgent Care and will make sure that they will not be recommended to anyone else who needs a doctor. Overall the front office, especially Sare, the nurse need to work on their customer service skills and Dr. Schlaak needssome refresher courses.
