rev:text	I've been here three times. Unfortunately. The first time: I was concerned with a belt hanging out of the bottom of my car, which is an older BMW. When I arrived, the man told me that I would need to leave my car over night. No problem. Next morning I got a call BEFORE 7am saying that I needed to come down immediately. I did so and arrived in less than 20 minutes. I was then told that fixing my car would cost $1,700 and it absolutely MUST be done. I pushed a little bit and it turns out it went to my air conditioning system. Which is of unimportance because I don't have or need my air conditioning. I informed the man of this beforehand. I reiterated that I simply wanted my car to run properly. He then charged me $65 to take my belt. Which was already not even attached to my car. The second time: I brought in my car to have them loosen my tire so I could change it since it was screwed on with a special tool. I was then interrogated by the man at the front desk. He then went into the back room to "inform his workers" of the situation and I could hear him tell them that I was a "stupid little girl with a piece of shit car who couldn't change her own tire". Not happy with that either. The third time, I took my mother in for a tire for my stepfather's car. I was pleasantly surprised when a new man behind the counter was more than willing to help us. He was very helpful and very kind. He gave us the best deal and was very straight forward and honest with us. I only wish I could remember his name because he is the only reason this place should EVER get more than 1 star. But besides that one man, you're all selfish and ignorant humans!
