  • My friend is a host at Bally's and so he got us a great table by the window and a view of the Bellagio fountains at the very last minute (I doubt we would have been so lucky without his help.) This was our first night in Vegas, and one of the gals we went with ordered a bottle of Tattinger on her dime when we arrived. Very nice. We ordered a bunch of things to split: -Seared scallops -Caesar salad -Potato leek soup -Beef wellington -Veal (something) -Spinach (side) -Potato gratin (side) -1 banana/nutella soufflĂ© for dessert - ordered up ahead - AMAZING -1 bottle of wine The bill was about $150/gal (not including the champers) The food was "good" - but I live in SF, where great food is a dime a dozen, so I was only blown away by the soufflĂ© and the view.
