  • My friend and I came here an hour late for an appointment at 195; reason we did walk in at 190 and checked this out. We spoke with the front desk person if we can check the prices and if there's a hairdresser who can assist us, while he was on the phone George Martinez started to talk too much, and led us in one of the seats there, and he started doing my friend's hair. He asked what we wanted and we did let him know that balayage/highlight sort of was our thing and if we can get that for the same price (for our supposed to be appointment) less than $200. With all these and as a realization, he was just after the money and was just trying to get a customer. Why? It was when Lauren came and i did ask her how much would it cost me to get the color i opted. She said $200 and it will take 5 hours (cause i was worried of driving back to Arizona late) I told my friend about it and George started to speak with her and everything just changed to $120 expecting a good result at least. Unfortunately, we're just extremely disappointed with the result and it was horrible. As he did finish my friend's hair, he then left all of a sudden after explaining that my friend's hair will just fade and black hair will just come out eventually. What they both did was full hair color. You better watch out for that guy who was too cocky that he's been a hairdresser for 25 years, yet he's just after getting a little amount of money and making his customer believe that you'll get what you want. Lauren, though did such a good haircut of thinning out my hair. They just lifted our hair, which was way too far from just a regular highlight/balayage We didn't complain right after, cause we were starving after almost 5 hours. We could not even change what has been done. I just wished they were or he was just honest to their/his clients. ...lesson learned! ?
