  • I've been at The Pavilions for over 3 years going on 4. That alone I believe speaks volumes. I think the most important thing to say is this is a safe and quit community. Second this location is amazing because it is convenient. It has great walkability to restaurants, coffee shops, parks as well as a grocery store. The light rail is right there for easy commute to downtown or transport to the airport. The staff at the office is always kind and helpful. Maintenance has always been quick to respond. When my oven broke in the middle of prepping lunch I went to the office and maintenance swapped it out for a brand new one in 20 minutes. They even have someone here on Sunday's for urgent matters. I have never had problem that wasn't fixed immediately. The renovations have been a little inconvenient but it's important to look forward to the benefits. I'm excited to continue being a part of this community. The last 6 months in my renovated unit have been amazing and I look forward to continue enjoying it.
