  • Horrible bus tour! Do not take this! They supposedly have these great new buses, they are not that great and they break down! We broke down in a bad area of downtown Vegas and were sitting there having very questionable people on the street scream at us to move the bus. We then had to get off the bus in this bad area and wait for another bus to come. Was very unsafe! A tour that should have taken 90 minutes ended up taking 2.5 hours. We missed our dinner reservations that we had from weeks before. The company would not refund our money and would only offer us another bus tour, which we did not want! Never take this tour! Terrible company and horrible customer service.
