  • My husband went and bought 5 lbs of brisket. The employee there was so helpful with instructions. She only charged him for the meat and cut off the fat before she weighed it. She also gave him some fat to put on top of the brisket while it cooked for additional flavour. Whenever we have company over, we'll return to Bon Ton for top quality meat and service.
