  • I've been taking my dogs to HeartStrings Pet Resort for over a year! I think it's about time I share the reasons for why we keep coming back. For starters, the owner, Rene, clearly has a love of the job & a love for the animals in her care. I've gotten to know her on a personal level and she told me she has a degree in hotel management. It's evident she's clearly put her experience and passion together to make a beautiful doggy hotel and play place! Secondly, my schedule is not the easiest to work with. I'm up and out early in the morning for work and don't get back until late at night. She and the staff have gone way above and beyond to be accommodating. The biggest reason I keep going back is how CLEARLY my dogs love coming. As soon as I turn onto McQueen, my dogs start wiggling around the car, barking and begging to get to HeartStrings faster. Even when I move away from Chandler, I've planned to continue using HeartStrings for boarding. When you find the right place, you know it. This really is THE RIGHT PLACE for boarding and daycare. I hope you think so too :)
