  • Burnt ends = yummy/fatty/juicy Everything else is too dry and/or bland I've tried every item on the combo plate except for the turkey special they have sometimes, and I am seriously disappointed by the dryness of the ribs and the brisket. The pulled pork is more moist but flavorless, so you really need to drench it with sauce.
