  • I was interested in getting a quote on health insurance for me and my husband. I called Walden and someone answered the phone, not with the name of the company so I had no idea if I had the right place of business. He was not helpful at all. It seemed like I was a bother to him. He was rude and kind of a jerk. I would not even think about going there for any kind of insurance need. That person needs a course in customer service. If I could give 1/2 star or no star I would have.
