  • I stumbled across this store yesterday, 12/02/17. I had been thinking about upgrading from the iPhone 6s to the iPhone 8. Decided to go to Best Buy on Ray Road but saw this store on the way & decided to stop in. Initially I didn't realize this store was an "authorized dealer" & not an actual Verizon Corporate store. I'm always sketchy about the authorized dealer locations myself and always prefer the corporate stores directly. But, I received the best customer service from this authorized dealer store than I have ever had from ANY of the corporate locations. I was greeted & welcomed immediately. And this location even has chairs and desks that you can sit at with the representative who is assisting you which makes it very convenient & comfortable giving you that 1:1 interaction & attention. I was assisted by representative David. David took the time by giving me his undivided attention in showing me my options with the iPhone 8 & iPhone 8 Plus. He disclosed the costs, fees up front giving me the full picture allowing me to make a well informed decision. David was patient & thorough. For me, the process of buying a new phone is one of the least favorite things I don't care to do, unless I absolutely have too. And this location made this phone upgrade a great experience. My experience with most Verizon corporate locations and its staff has always left me feeling as though I was "taking up their time" & I always felt rushed and "tolerated", but not at this location. So, I decided to go with the iPhone 8 Plus 256 GB. I am loving it! I received top notch service at this location, by professional staff who are very informed and educated on their products and Verizon services. I would recommend this location to anyone I know for great amazing service.
