  • Terrible service, poor communication from the airlines to the passengers. My flight was delayed on a beautiful day, nobody knows why, not getting much help from the staff, sometimes rude and inpatient with customers. Quick update, 3 hours later, still waiting for the flight to Tucson. I could have been on Tucson in hour ago as opposed to waiting for the next flight...... NEVER WILL FLY AGAIN WITH US AIRWAYS.
