  • I've been to way better Starbucks with better customer service. I don't expect much and everyone is super nice but Athena, the shift lead, gave us one of the worst experiences ever. Coming from somebody who used to work at Starbucks, I didn't hate my job that much. She was not only rude to my family but also her co-workers. Let's just say- I'd rather not come back again.
