Unfortunately, my New Years trip to this resort has turned into a complete nightmare. After requesting that they look into a charge and switch the credit card the stay was billed to, it has now been a full 7 WEEKS and they still haven't been able to make it right. Management refuses to connect me with the actual accounting personnel that handles these transactions, and I've been promised a call back at least 5 times which haven't happened. It's embarrassing that they're not able to take care of a simple transaction, and it's turned what was a somewhat nice stay into a complete headache as I've had to call them at least 15 times and still haven't had the issue resolved.
The resort itself is mediocre, so the cost and poor management aren't justifiable. For the rate that they charge this type of thing should easily be resolvable, but they've been incompetent the entire time. There's no chance that I would stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
