  • Terrible customer service.. Very well decorated classy place but the servers were so rude came by Twice during entire dinner and to get my orders and to hand over the check 2nd one that we had to called them over.) We ordered 2 orders of Galbi(short ribs), 2 orders if Galmegisal and Biji-Jjigae(Soybean soup) for 3 people. Galbi was ok nothing exceptional other two items were HORRIFYING :-((( They placed my meat on wrong kind of grill for the kind of meat I ordered then left for good then it started burning like hell :-/ Bottom line : SERVICE ZERO STAR!!!! FOOD 1 STAR!!!! PRICE 1 STAR!!!! No reason for my family ever going back there. P.S. it was my teenager boy's birthday dinner and he has never been a picky eater especially for the Korean BBQ and he told me he doesn't want to eat here anymore :-( ruined b-day dinner...
