  • Awful. I call because I'm running late and they tell me my appointment was 15 minutes earlier than it actually was. Which it was not. I show up, all I'm supposed to get is a PFT for the VA confirming my asthma Thats all. The medical assistant smells like dirty shoes, not friendly and doesn't seem to know what she's doing. She does the spirometry on me. She seems to be getting irritated because I'm not blowing fast enough. Then she says she's going to go show the Dr and would be right back. 35 minutes later she shows back up with albuterol treatment says that will take 15 mins then I have to wait 15 more mins then do the spirometry test again. Awesome. It's late and I feel like their shitty report will not be good enough. Most awful experience I have ever had.
