My very favorite hotel in Phoenix. It's borderline Scottsdale actually. Quaint yet sophisticated, the hotel is a former residence turned clubhouse for a 9- hole golf course, which is long gone. The hotel expanded, built a beautiful spa and large pool, along with a great restaurant called T. Cooks. Try to get a Casita on the west side of the property. I stayed recently in the Spa Hacienda, which had 2 queen beds and a big sitting area, outdoor patio with fireplace, and a wet bar. It was next to the pool, but still private. Great service!
