  • Convenient and drinks are made well. So why 3 stars?? Well.... when you have rude employees and the manager takes over because of it, you can't expect 5 stars. I repeated myself 6 times! And guess what? She got it wrong anyway. The attitude she gave us before we paid was awful. She was frustrated with our questions and didn't like our ristretto shots request. Last time I saw, there was a sign saying "you'll love your drink or we'll make it again" ... I told her unless she wants to see me again, it needs to be correct. The manager took over, apologized and made our drinks herself. I hope she reprimanded that employee who refused to tell me her name. The manager didn't want to tell me either! I felt it was unprofessional but now I know to try a different starbucks next time. A plus to the ambiance was the sufficient cozy seating area. I felt it was nicely laid out. Visit date was 7/23/16
