  • Hands down, the worst customer service ever! I had a couple thousand dollars and was going in there to buy some amps. Absolutely no one asked to help, and good luck getting anyone's attention. I found a guitar to test out the amp I wanted because I was going to buy it. I looked everywhere for a loose guitar pick. I go to the counter. "Do you have a guitar pick?" I ask. "Nope," says the clerk...SERIOUSLY! IT'S GUITAR CENTER AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE A LOOSE PICK. Anyway, I bought the guitar because it was cool, the staff were anything but. So I expected to spend about $2000.00 and spent $150.00. This happened between 6-7PM February 12, 2017. I found some amps somewhere else. I hope those employees don't work on commission, or they'll starve.
