  • I ordered the car and as you may have saw on my first review and the process was great and I felt the deal was very fair and it was a better offer than the Scottsdale Audi was willing to offer. I had a trade in that I needed to get the most out of and I needed all season tires I didn't want to pay for later. 3 months later the car came in and looked exactly like I ordered minus the tires. Once they didn't have the tires they offered $800 credit without any negotiating or getting upset. Which worked out the exact same for us as we were able to buy the top line all season tires at discount tire for pretty close to that amount after they gave us a credit for the 4 new summer tires we had on the car. I dealt with JJ who my husband dealt with him on his car before and I feel he is very good. He is very competitive and was willing to do whatever he could to make us happy. He definitely has customer service at heart. Buying a car no matter how smooth it goes can be stressful and I have to say this was the least amount of stress possible. And his manager was the nicest guy. No ego or attitude also just wanted to give us his best. I 100% would recommend buying your Audi from JJ and his manager. We will be back. Although I am in love with my new car so I'm not sure when I will be back. Best car I've ever owned and it's my 3rd Audi and I had a Porsche. It's the SQ5 and the best car I have ever driven or owned by far !!
