  • I recommend choosing a different company to order your furniture through. Del Sol Furniture is disorganized and unprofessional. I was promised my order would be delivered in 10 days, it took 3 weeks. The wrong items were sent, even though I specifically asked, triple checked, and was assured by my sales associate that the order was 100% accurate. I called extremely frustrated and was directed to the warehouse manager who told me she could have my correct item delivered in 3 days. I received a call from the store shortly after and was told it would take 2 more weeks because the warehouse manager "didn't check her inventory" prior to assuring me I would receive my items in 3 days. So in a nutshell, my delivery was delayed, the wrong items were delivered, and now I have to wait 2 more weeks for the correct items! When I asked for a refund I was told they had to check with the owner because it has to "come out of his bank account". This is ridiculous and I believe I would not have had these issues at a different furniture store. I recommend saving yourself the time, money, and the frustration by visiting a different store. I spent a lot of money here and you'd think they would have more consideration for their customers. It has now been 2 days and I have not heard from anyone at Del Sol Furniture. I am very disappointed and regret placing an order here.
