  • Very beautiful place. Elegant apartments, lots of amenities, spacious gym. Only downside is how incompetent the people running the place are, which is such a disappointment and definitely a make-or break deal. None of them seem to know what they're doing, the rates, or what they even have available. They had my girlfriend and I spend $200 for our credit checks and to hold the apartment, then notified us a few hours later that they rented it to someone else and wouldn't be refunding my payment for 14 business days. Most of the employees haven't been there very long or were transferred there from other Greystar properties, and really seem to have little or no idea what they're doing if you ask questions. Such a shame, I would've loved to live there too...
