  • We called this company because we discovered a crack in our tile floor running down the hallway and a crack in the ceiling of our house. Pat came to our house and told us we had classic signs of heaving. He was trying to sell us on a fan to dry out any water that was underneath our house that may cause the heaving. He said we should have someone come out and measure changes in our floor which cost $500. We had someone come out and they took EIGHT HOURS for what was supposed to be a three hour job. The technician was not professional and overstayed their welcome. We were supposed to get a write up of the engineer's analysis, but we still haven't received it a month later. This company will never get our business again. AZ foundation solutions are interested in sales not helping you fix your home. We got a second opinion from Ramjack and they were honest about our problems and told us they do the same analysis at no cost.
