  • Been coming here for years. Now, under Ziggy name, it has an uptight feel to it. And last nite, went in to order apps and cocktails. Pizza was incorrect, missing pepperoni on half of it. We'd each taken a slice when we noticed it. They took it back, put pepperoni on the other side, threw it back in the oven and brought it back to the table; the same pizza, 2 pieces missing and over cooked. Who would do that? A decent place would have replaced the pizza with the correct order. Then, we were charged a 2 x $2 'entertainment fee'. What? No disclosure of this fee and I wonder if (and sincerely doubt that) it is applied equally. Not like a door charge where you know everyone gets dinged. Service seemed ok until after we pointed out the messed up pizza, then became a bit icy. Probably why we got charged the 'fee'. And a month or so ago, ordered some manicotti to go (usually awesome) but the pasta itself was hard (didn't seem over cooked, just weird pasta). I won't be going back. There are too many other places in town that know how to deal with their own screw-ups decently. Re-fired pizza! What a joke! How small-minded.
