If I had written this review several years ago when they were at the older, smaller location it would've gotten a 4 or 5 star. I loved it then. But I hadn't been back in a long time because it is far drive from where I live. I found out they moved into a nice larger building so I was anxious to go, so I talked my family to take me for my birthday. I had heard they were quite busy and should make reservations, so we did. And good thing cuz they were very busy. We got our table and it was very loud in there. Could not hear any of our conversations we practically had to yell at each other.
The service was fine and it was nice they gave me a free dessert for my bday. But the food, was just average. I got a steak. Wasn't bad but nothing to rave about. My husband got the chicken marsala. It was kinda strange that everyone else's meal was pretty good size but his chicken was small and dinky. And the side of pasta was as bland as could be. This is an Italian place. Shouldn't it be amazing.? My husband did love his old fashion though.
So bottom line... it's just not worth the drive for me. There are 2 amazing Italian places near me that I would rather go to.
